It’s time for Chef o’clock
When the idea of Chef o’clock was growing in my mind I was surrounded by my friends at the dining table in my kitchen when, as I often do, I cooked and shared the food with my loved ones. To my contentment, I thought, this is one of the best gifts I could give them; quality food, good wine, and a good company. What can be better than that? This is one of the most pleasurable things in life, I thought, and I was going to share it with people through Chef o’clock!
Many days have passed since that evening but the very idea stayed at the heart of my project. As a chef with passion for good food and lots of experience, I thought it a great idea to use my enthusiasm, skills, and knowledge as a private chef for hire. With the help of my friends the first steps of Chef o’clock’s adventure has been made. Thank you Peter for supporting my idea and creating it with me. I couldn’t have done it without your critical eye and your technical knowledge. And you Pamela, for enthusiasm and belief that through Chef o’clock we can express ourselves and provide our customers with truly unique experience.
I would like to think Chef o’clock as a place where we can freely carry out our culinary ideas and grow as a result. It is a place for chefs who are open, creative, and ready for new challenges. We would love to provide our chefs with an opportunity to explore and express their point of view and ideas they may have.
